Visual Testing
Assessing the seeming conditions of the visible surfaces of parts by means of naked eye or equipped eye is called visual inspection. mirror, lens, measurement equipment or any equipment which provide exact conditions for observation, may be used in the visual inspection methods. visual inspection plays an important role in the field of quality control by monitoring of production. by continued monitoring of manufacturing stages and repair, the problems and the inhibiting factors are prevented and the side inspection costs will be less. many of the defects such as surface cracks, pores and other surface cracks can be detected and surely, the visual inspection can be known as the original prerequisite for other nondestructive testing.
